- Boil 1 cup of Pearl Millet Vermicelli in 3 cups of water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

- Add vegetables like carrots, peas, and beans. Cook until soft.
- Mix the cooked vermicelli into the vegetables, season with salt, and stir well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a dash of lemon juice. Serve hot.
For Sweet Pearl Millet Vermicelli Kheer:
