Fortified Wheat Flour
Salt

Masala Ingredients:

Red Chilli Powder
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Ginger Powder
Cumin
Turmeric
Curry Leaves
Fennel Seeds
Black Pepper
Cassia
Bay Leaves
Fenugreek
Star Aniseed
Clove
Nutmeg
Iodized Salt
Unrefined Cane Sugar
Lime Powder

How to Use:

Boil noodles in water for 3–5 minutes
Drain and rinse with cold water
Stir-fry with vegetables or sauces
Add masala mix and combine well
Serve hot as a healthy meal

Storage:

These noodles are yummy and that too healthy. I have purchased it quite a few times, it can be cooked like the conventional maida noodles. However they are not gluten free. I just wish if they could make gluten free version of these noodles it would be great.
