Ingredients

Pasta:

• Whole Wheat Flour
• Finger Millet
• Foxtail Millet
• Pearl Millet
• Water
• Salt

Seasoning Masala:
Fried Gram, Onion Powder, Salt, Tomato Powder, Garlic Powder, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Black Salt, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Fennel, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, Asafoetida, Cardamom.

Cooking Instructions

1. Boil 1.5 litres of water.
2. Add 200g of pasta with a teaspoon of oil and cook for 5–6 minutes.
3. Drain the water and rinse with cold water.
4. Sauté onions and your favorite vegetables in a little oil.
5. Add the cooked pasta and the seasoning masala.
6. Mix well and serve hot.
