Ingredients:
• Red Chilli Powder
• Coriander Seeds
• Black Pepper
• Cumin Seeds
• Cinnamon
• Cloves
• Cardamom
• Dry Ginger
• Fenugreek (Menthi)
• Mustard Seeds
• Star Anise (Badyan)
• Turmeric Powder
• Salt

How to Use:
• Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown
• Add tomatoes and cook until soft
• Add 1–2 tablespoons of Chicken Masala Powder
• Cook until oil separates
• Add chicken pieces and water, then simmer until tender
• Add coconut paste for thicker gravy if desired
